Over the past two decades Robert G. Reiss has been at the intersection of strategy and the customer experience. He has personally worked with over 200 organizations, helping some of America's leaders develop and implement customer centric strategies, and has presented 300 speeches. Reiss coined the phrase, 'Customer Experience Organization' and has been cited as an "expert in executive communication" by the Harvard Business Review.

He is the founder and host of the nationally syndicated weekly radio program, The CEO Show, where he interviews senior executives who have reinvented industry through exceptional customer models. The CEO Show, called, "The '60 Minutes' of radio", airs 73 times a week from 49 markets.

Additionally, Reiss is the Chairman and the emcee of The Conference Board's annual Chief Marketing Executive Conference and their Customer Experience Leadership Conference.

He is co-author of Golf & the Art of Customer Service which is being made into a film. Reiss is currently a Trustee for Kingsbrook Hospital and a Director at Griffin Health Services Corporation (Fortune Magazine's # 1 best small company to work for in America, 2006).

Reiss was previously Chairman of the Board of Interlude Inc., Publisher of Managing Health Today Magazine, President of American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) in New York City, and Executive Vice President of The Outsourcing Institute with responsibility for 26,000 global members.

Robert lives in Ridgefield Ct. with his wife Barbara and three children.
